The evening is also an opportunity to honor those individuals and families whose contributions during the past year have advanced the cause of the HDSA Iowa Chapter.
Proceeds benefit the HDSA Center of Excellence program. This is the only facility in the state that provides specialized and comprehensive medical care, as well as social services, physical and occupational therapy, genetic testing and counseling to people affected by HD and their families.
